Starry Summer Night

Twin size, using "10-minute block" pattern.  Sounded fast, but actually took a long time.  But it was worth it!  Used stippling for quilting, to get lots of texture after washing.

Finished measurements: 95 x 63 inches.

I love all those blues Lisa. They really give great visual interest to the quilt front. The yellow quilting just sets it all off perfectly!

I don't think I have ever seen anything like this. I really like it. Great job.

I love the stippling! Why is it called 10 minute block? Do you cut the blocks out with a chopped off corner, or do you sew a full block to the side of the yellow square? I can't imagine getting all those angles right otherwise! :-)

How awesome it is that you are working on the ten minute block, because I am just learning how to do it! I have sewn some just today for a gift! Did you use ten inch squares?

Lovely!! My favorite is the yellow stippling! If you're going to quilt it you might as well show the quilting off (in my humble opinion)! I hate it when they quilt and you can't even tell it!
