Another Apron

One of the receivers of Marlene's aprons liked it and asked me to make one for her for someone else. So here's what I did with my own choice of colors. For myself I probably would have chosen something brighter, but I think she will like it. And when I was finished, I decided maybe I need one too! ;)

Wow, I just noticed that I've done 12 posts so far in less than one month..... it sure is fun to write about sewing!! It also seems like I talk about Marlene a-LOT; I think it's because she's one of the very few friends I have up here that sew. I'm really missing you Mom and Anna! Amy too, hope you are having a great time; I can't wait to see pics of the alphabet quilt! =)

Hi Lisa! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving nice comments! I would have replied to the email, however, you are a "no-reply blogger". Amy at Park City Girl actually has a nice post about making sure people can reply to the comments you leave. http://parkcitygirl.blogspot.com/2009/12/your-blogger-profile.html

About the question regarding quilting a quilt with a pieced back. I have not found it to be any more difficult to piece a quilt with a pieced back as opposed to a solid one. I almost always have pieced backs (although some more than others). I hope that helps! :)
