We were talking about those big, soft, fluffy, sugary pretzels you get in bakeries awhile back, and decided it might be fun to try our own! It was a relatively simple process, and lots of fun!
Grandma & Grandpa arrived durring the process, so Grandma learned how also.
We sprinkled cinnamon & sugar on most of them, and salt on a few..... everybody definately liked the cinnamon & sugar better.
Give it a try, I found this recipe in the red-and-white checked Better Homes & Gardens general cookbook. They are delicious!

We made pretzels when I was a kid once and I keep saying I need to do this. Maybe this summer I will get around to it, if things would just sloooooooooooooow down. And I agree they look so yummy!
